TeenBridge is privacy-conscious by design. We process the minimum information needed to help you communicate more clearly with your teenager.

What we collect

Account email, optional name, teen nickname and age band, and any content you choose to save (ledger entries, rewards, observations, explicitly saved messages).

What we don't collect

Full legal names, birthdates, school names, home addresses, teen phone numbers, raw messages or screenshots by default, or unnecessary third-party information.

AI suggestions

AI suggestions may not fit every family or situation. Review and edit before sending. TeenBridge is not therapy, counselling, or a diagnostic product.

Your controls

From Settings you can export your data, delete saved content, delete a teenager profile, revoke or regenerate Teen Portal access, and delete your account.
